I was worried about boarding school as I'm quite shy, but everyone made me feel so welcome straight away. I love it here.
Flexi-boarding is open to day students in Grades 7 to 12, to help meet the challenges of modern family life. It is ideal for students who take part in co-curricular activities that either finish late, or start early in the day, or for those whose parents travel for work.
Students are also encouraged to try flexi-boarding to determine if full boarding might be something that suits their needs later in their schooling life.
There are two options available:
- Short-term flexi-boarding applies to students staying for 5 days or less. This can be arranged for any school night, Sunday to Thursday.
- Long term flexi-boarding is for periods of six days or more (up to a quarter of a year) and may include any day of the week, including weekends.
Long term flexi-boarders will be given the opportunity to join weekend activities. Participation is subject to the availability of tickets, and some events may incur an extra charge.
Flexi-boarders are allocated bedrooms on their own or with other flexi-boarders of the same age. Boys and girls are accommodated in separate areas, with some shared common rooms.
