Can I pay the Registration Fee online?
At the end of the online registration process you will be asked to pay an application fee, which you can do online via debit or credit card securely. If you have any problems with this, you can contact your local admissions office and they can take a payment over the phone, again via debit or credit card, or give you details to pay by bank transfer. Please note that applications can only be processed once the Registration Fee has been paid.
Do I have to complete an Application form for each child?
Yes. Each child will need a separate application as each child will have his/her own file and student number.
Do I have to submit the Student References / Evaluations and Student Questionnaires at the same time as the Application?
No. You will need to download the relevant pdf forms from the online Application website or click on the links in the application to forward reference forms to your preferred referees. Scanned or hard copies can be mailed to the appropriate school's Admissions Office. If you are applying to more than one campus, please send copies to your preferred campus and they will pass on copies as necessary.
Can I contact the Admissions Office if I have any questions?
Yes. The best way to do this is via email as this will take account of time differences. You can also telephone the offices during UK working hours, 8.30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
How do the schools make their decisions?
Once a student's Admissions File is complete, the decision to accept will be made based on an assessment as to whether the child can benefit from the programmes we offer in accordance with our admissions policy, and provided we have space.
How will I know if my child has been accepted?
Your Admissions Office main contact will be in communication with you as soon as they are advised that the child has been accepted. Once we have received a complete student file, we aim to make a decision as soon as possible.
Will I need to confirm that I accept a place if it is offered?
Yes. You will also need to pay a Deposit Fee before we can confirm that the place has been reserved. If Deposits are not paid within a prescribed time period we may offer the place to another student.
